Cut the Velveeta into ½” cubes and place in a microwave-safe bowl.
Brown the ground beef and completely drain all fat.
Add to the bowl with the Velveeta.
Stir in the jar of Dennis' Fiery Red Gourmet Salsa.
Microwave on high for 2 - 4 minutes, stirring frequently to ensure all the cheese is melted. Monitor it closely to ensure the mixture doesn't burn.
Serve while hot with tortilla or pita chips.
