Baked Salmon with Mango Salsa

Yields1 Serving
2 lbs Salmon, cut into 6 fillets - Leave the skin on! It protects the fish while cooking.
1 cup Dennis' Mango Gourmet Salsa
 Salt and Pepper
1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

2

Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

3

Place salmon on a non-stick baking sheet or pan, skin side down.

4

Start checking the fillets after about 6-7 minutes. You can check one of two ways:

1. Insert the tines of a fork into a fillet and touch it to your lips. If it's hot, the fish is done.
2. Using a fork, separate one of the flakes near the center of the fillet enough to see if it's opaque in color. If it is, it's done.

The filets will most probably be done in 8-10 minutes

5

Place the fillets on a serving plate and top each with a generous portion of Dennis' Mango Gourmet Salsa.

Serve immediately. Enjoy!
