Season the chicken with salt and pepper

Place the chicken in the crockpot and pour 1 jar of Dennis' Gourmet Salsa on top of it.

Cover and cook on low until the chicken pulls apart easily with forks. Approx. 3-4 hours.

Take the chicken out of the crockpot and shred it using two forks. Place the shredded chicken back into the crockpot and mix thoroughly with the salsa.

There are many choices for serving the chicken. You can place it over rice or a baked potato.

Our favorite is to put it on a warm tortilla, top it with tomato, and touch of diced onion, and lime crema. Feel free to choose whatever your favorite toppings.
